Mouthpiece trial policy
Mouthpieces can be returned up to 30 days after delivery. Mouthpieces must be returned in like new condition. All returned mouthpieces must be unblemished, with no nicks, dents, gouges, scrapes, and/or scratches. Please be particularly attentive to not let any insertion marks on the mouthpiece shaft. To prevent this, I suggest you use some thin tape around the shank.
Any damaged returns will be charged a 50% fee.
Discounted mouthpieces are not refundable.
Returns
To initiate a return, please use the self-service return portal:
Shipping
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Upon initiating a return, you will receive a prepaid return label along with step-by-step instructions for sending the package back safely.
For added convenience, DHL home pickup can be scheduled where available — no need to visit a drop-off point. Please return the item in its original packaging, or if unavailable, ensure it is packed securely enough to withstand transit and prevent damage.
Refund
Once your return arrives and is inspected, you will receive a full refund provided the mouthpiece is in the expected, like-new condition. Please note that PayPal fees, return shipping, and any applicable reimport fees will be deducted from the total.
