Shipping & Duties

Shopping online should be simple, not a math puzzle.

I want to make your experience as easy and transparent as possible. International shipping isn't always easy so I need you to contribute a little.

I ship to Switzerland, Europe, and international destinations.

Switzerland: Free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
Europe: Standard shipping is CHF 15. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 400. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
International: Standard shipping is CHF 18. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 400. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

On accessories like mouthpieces and mutes:
Duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout. Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees may be charged when the order arrives.

On trombones or trombone cases:
Duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout. I ship DDP, that means I cover all customs and taxes if possible (Europe, USA, GB etc. are no problem). I'll contact you if not possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind, this is a one man operation and I may get a little behind on things sometimes, but I do my best. If you have a very urgent shipping, just hit me up.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on your location. Here’s a general idea of what to expect:

Switzerland: 1-3 business days
Europe: 3-7 business days
International: 7-14 business days
