I ship internationally via DHL, and I like to keep things simple: The price you see is the price you pay. The listed price already includes worldwide shipping, all applicable taxes, and any import duties. You won’t have to worry about hidden fees or unexpected customs charges upon delivery.
Returns
Shopping online should be stress-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I want to make the return process as simple as possible:
- 30-Day Return Window: You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them.
- No Shipping Costs: You will not have to pay for return shipping.
- Easy Process: I will issue a return label for you, including clear instructions on how to ship the package.
- DHL Pickup: For your convenience, DHL can even pick up the parcel at your place (where available).
- Safe Packaging: Please use the original box I sent your order in, or ensure the items are packed very securely to prevent any damage during transit.

When placing an order, you'll have the choice to pay with Paypal, credit card etc.
You can also do a manual bank transfer. All details will be included in the checkout.

If you qualify, Paypal will give you the opportunity to pay in installments.

New trombones come with a case - of course.
Used trombones most often times not. Shipping without a case is safer and cheaper. But if you need a case, I can see if I have a suitable case for your trombone.
