I generally ship my products with Swiss Post - it's cheap and reliable. I'll do everything I can to keep your import taxes low. If you want to return your product, simply contact me through the contact page.

I ship internationally with Swiss Post. The prices on used and new trombones include international shipping.
Mouthpieces and mutes are shipped according to this shipping policy.
When placing an order, you'll have the choice to pay with Paypal, credit card etc.
You can also do a manual bank transfer. All details will be included in the checkout.
Of course! That's a standard payment option on the checkout page.
If you qualify, Paypal will give you the opportunity to pay in installments.
If Paypal doesn't give you this option, please contact me. We can work something out.
New trombones come with a case - of course.
Used trombones most often times not. Shipping without a case is safer and cheaper. But if you need a case, I can see if I have a suitable case for your trombone.
