Are you looking for the perfect Bach 42? Maybe you should try a Getzen!
Wait... what? Yes. To me the 4047DS Custom Reserve is just a very good Bach 42 with a very nice valve. Playing that tiny bit more open and responding better than most Bach's 42. Let alone the modern Bach's...
Unfortunately the 4047DS is discontinued, but it's really still an excellent trombone! Features:
- 8 1/2" yellow brass bell with unsoldered rim
- Edge bracing
- Open wrap Getzen "Power bore rotor".
New those go for 4'400€, if you can still find one.
This one is in very good shape. No scratches or dents, only some slight lacquer wear. Good to go for the years to come.
