Trombones and trombone cases ship DDP where possible; we cover applicable customs and taxes. If DDP is unavailable, we will contact you.
Returns
Returns are available for mouthpieces only. Mouthpieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery if like-new and unblemished, with no insertion marks. Damaged returns incur a 50% fee; discounted mouthpieces are not refundable. Customers arrange and pay return shipping with their preferred carrier. After inspection, refunds are processed within a few days, less PayPal fees, return shipping and any applicable reimport fees.
