Mouthpiece trial policy

Mouthpieces can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after delivery. Mouthpieces must be returned in like new condition. All returned mouthpieces must be unblemished, with no nicks, dents, gouges, scrapes, and/or scratches. Please be particularly attentive to not let any insertion marks on the mouthpiece shaft. To prevent this, I suggest you use some thin tape around the shank.

Any damaged returns will be charged a 50% fee.

Discounted mouthpieces are not refundable.

Before returning a mouthpiece

Contact me at daniel@swisstbone.com. Make clear which mouthpiece you return, when you received it and in what condition it is.

Shipping

Please ship your returns to the following address:

Daniel Alessi
Morystrasse 40b
3970 Salgesch
SWITZERLAND

Phone: 0041 79 796 73 79

You will have to pay for shipping. Please use the box I sent you the mouthpiece in or make sure the mouthpiece doesn’t get harmed during shipping. I recommend that you insure your return and use shipment tracking. I will not be responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.

Make sure to declare the mouthpiece as a return of a trial. The total value (including shipping) should not exceed 50 Swiss Francs. You can use Googles currency converter to calculate this value.

Refund

You can expect a 100% refund if your mouthpiece is in the expected condition. But PayPal fees, reimport fees, shipping fees etc. may diminish the amount of the refund. If that’s the case, I will of course explain why I cannot refund the entire amount.

I will refund you once the mouthpiece arrives and is found in like new condition. Otherwise I will contact you. Please understand this is a one man operation. It may take a few days before I can refund you.
